The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Nestled in the picturesque Coachella Valley of the Colorado Desert, done the Seaux & Reap way, informed consumption becomes the center of all of the fun! We never book anything less than VIP at Seaux & Reap! VIP Areas offer specialty food & drink vendors, air-conditioned restrooms, shaded seating areas and full cash bars. You will be driven through some of the most impressive areas of the park before setting out on a wilderness hike of 2-3 miles among soaring rock formations, Joshua Trees and a myriad of sights rarely seen by other visitors to the Park. Your hike will progress as the sun sets, offering you some of the best photographic opportunities possible. We will watch the sun set before heading into an endless valley of Joshua Trees. You will be served dinner, prepared onsite by your guides or our caterer- based on your group size- before being taken on a journey through the cosmos and the vastness of the night sky with our astronomer. Your personal astronomer for the evening will allow you the opportunity to get an up-close look at the night sky through a high-powered telescope. Your night sky experience can last up to 2 hrs before being returned to your lodging facility to complete your epic evening adventure in Joshua Tree National Park....

Yes; the cost of your package selection includes FULL VIP FESTIVAL ACCESS. VIP Areas offer specialty food & drink vendors, air-conditioned restrooms, shaded seating areas and full cash bars. VIP Areas are located at the Five Peaks tents adjacent to the Main Stage and in the Rose Garden. Wristband activation required. Wristbands will be given to you upon arrival.
We will work diligently to ensure that all guests follow masking, testing and/or vaccination recommendations per the site’s requirements.
The 24 hour concierge service includes helping guests with restaurant reservations, recommending activities in the area and arranging transportation to the airport and local destinations.
Please, let us know if you desire to travel with pets, we can make arrangements and let you know if any additional deposits will be necessary, according to your lodging choices.
We prefer that guests book their own flights to and from the destination airport. This can be done by Seaux & Reap team members for an additional fee. Please select the “Book My Flight” Extra option at checkout.
